A delicious and healthy overnight oats recipe with blueberries and chia seeds.

- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and milk. Stir well.
- Add the blueberries, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until evenly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
- In the morning, stir and enjoy as is, or top with more blueberries, nut butter, or granola if desired.
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, use less milk.
- Add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
