Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Place the seasoned sprouts cut-side down on the hot griddle; cook undisturbed for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Toss the Brussels sprouts and drizzle with balsamic vinegar; cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until tender.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
