- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Place the seasoned sprouts cut-side down on the hot griddle; cook undisturbed for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts and drizzle with balsamic vinegar; cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding pine nuts or Parmesan cheese before serving.
- These Brussels sprouts can also be cooked in a regular skillet if a griddle is not available.
