- 150 g brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 120 g cream cheese
- Powdered sugar and milk (for frosting)
Instructions
- Melt butter and mix it with warm milk. Combine with sugar and yeast; knead until smooth.
- Allow the dough to rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough, spread butter curls, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- Roll tightly into a log and slice into equal pieces.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- For frosting, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and milk.
