Ingredients

- ¼ cup + 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ⅛ tsp ground coriander
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a powerful blender until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
- Serve with crackers or sliced veggies, or use as a spread on sandwiches.
