Description

A deliciously refreshing cranberry cream cheese spread perfect for parties.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 0 cup chopped green onions
  • 0 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 to 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
  • 0 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 0 teaspoon salt
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • crackers or crostini for serving

Instructions

  1. Add cranberries, green onions, cilantro, jalapeños, sugar, lime juice, and salt to a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped (not puréed).
  2. Chill cranberry mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight to let flavors meld.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese evenly on a serving platter or dish.
  4. Drain excess liquid from cranberry mixture using a fine mesh sieve.
  5. Spoon the cranberry mixture evenly over the cream cheese.
  6. Serve immediately with crackers, crostini, or pita chips.
