Description

Delicious and tender crockpot beef sliders that are perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pounds chuck roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Pat the chuck roast dry and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear in a hot skillet until both sides are browned.
  2. Place sliced onions and smashed garlic in the bottom of the crockpot. Add the seared roast on top.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until fork-tender.
  4. Remove the roast, shred with two forks, and return to the crockpot to soak in the juices.
  5. Slice slider buns and place them on a baking sheet. Add shredded beef to the bottoms, top with cheese, and cover with top buns.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and tops are golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes
