Delicious and tender crockpot beef sliders that are perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 3 pounds chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices provolone cheese (or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Pat the chuck roast dry and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear in a hot skillet until both sides are browned.
- Place sliced onions and smashed garlic in the bottom of the crockpot. Add the seared roast on top.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until fork-tender.
- Remove the roast, shred with two forks, and return to the crockpot to soak in the juices.
- Slice slider buns and place them on a baking sheet. Add shredded beef to the bottoms, top with cheese, and cover with top buns.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and tops are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- For best results, use a good quality chuck roast.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings to the sliders.
