Delicious skewers featuring pickled peaches, prosciutto, and mozzarella, perfect for appetizers or parties.

- 1 jar (16 oz) pickled peaches, sliced into wedges
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced prosciutto
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls (ciliegine)
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- Small bamboo skewers or decorative picks
Instructions
- Drain the mozzarella pearls and pickled peach slices. Pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- Take a slice of prosciutto and fold it back and forth into a ribbon shape.
- Thread a mozzarella pearl onto the skewer first.
- Follow with the ribboned prosciutto.
- Add a slice of pickled peach and finish with a fresh basil leaf.
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours.

- These skewers can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
