Description

A delicious and easy dessert made with Greek yogurt and fresh berries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (thick/strained)
  • 4 oz light cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted coconut oil until it feels like wet sand.
  2. Press 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of 4 small mason jars.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  4. Divide the filling evenly between the jars on top of the crust.
  5. Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Top with fresh berries right before serving and enjoy!

Notes

  • Try using different types of berries for variety.
  • These jars can be made ahead of time for a quick dessert.
