Description

This almond flour bread is a delicious gluten-free option that is easy to make and perfect for sandwiches or toast.


Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 cup water (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add apple cider vinegar and water; mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients; stir gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
