Description

Delicious baked salmon fillets with a zesty garlic and dill marinade.


Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried dill or thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the dish.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill or thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the salmon, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving.
