- 4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried dill or thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill or thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the salmon, ensuring even coverage.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving.
