Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup raspberry puree (fresh or frozen raspberries blended)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Juice the lemons to obtain 1 cup of fresh lemon juice, ensuring no seeds remain.
- Blend raspberries with a tablespoon of sugar until smooth, then strain to make raspberry puree.
- In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, raspberry puree, and cold water. Stir well.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if necessary.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving over ice. Garnish with lemon slices or fresh raspberries.
