  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro (optional), chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Dice sweet potatoes, chop onion, and mince garlic.
  2. Sauté aromatics: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
