A delicious grilled chicken dish served with a refreshing Greek yogurt sauce.
Ingredients

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh herbs (parsley or mint), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium cucumber, grated
- Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high or oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook chicken until golden brown—6-7 minutes per side on the grill or 25-30 minutes in the oven.
- While cooking, mix Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili flakes in a bowl.
- Chop fresh herbs and mix into the yogurt sauce just before serving.
- Slice the cooked chicken and serve over mixed greens with a generous drizzle of yogurt sauce.
Notes
- For added flavor, try using a combination of parsley and mint in the yogurt sauce.
- This dish pairs well with a side of mixed greens or a light salad.
